About TwinSix
We’re a design studio for finance. At TwinSix, we partner with visionary teams to design planning systems that are intuitive, scalable, and deeply embedded in how businesses make decisions.
We use Pigment as our creative platform to architect bespoke, high-impact solutions. Every engagement is a product journey from deep discovery to system blueprinting, co-creation, launch, and iteration. We design systems that change how companies operate.
About the Role
As a Solution Builder you’ll translate vision into system reality. Working in agile squads with a solution designer and other solution builders, you’ll model and build flexible, scalable Pigment solutions that underpin high-growth businesses. From metrics to dashboards, you’ll design with intention and deliver with impact.
What You’ll Do

- Translate functional specs into scalable data flows and business logic
- Design dashboards and UX for different personas (finance, ops, execs)
- Collaborate with PMs on structure, edge cases, and delivery sequencing
- Challenge assumptions, improve data quality, structure, and modeling technique
- Work on multiple fast-paced projects, continuously learning and evolving
What Makes You Right for This Role
- You love building systems, dashboards, logic and flows in Pigment
- You have a strong grasp of business planning and modeling concepts
- You’re fluent in Excel modeling, and bonus if you know SQL
- You think in blocks, not boxes, you break problems into structures
- You take pride in technical craftsmanship, and you’re never afraid to refactor
Preferred Background
- Experience in FP&A, RevOps, or data modeling roles
- Hands-on Pigment experience (or similar platforms like Anaplan, Tableau, Adaptive)
- Curious, coachable, and collaborative
- You can explain your build to a 10-year-old or a CFO
Why This Role Is Different
- You’re not a button-pusher. You’re a builder with autonomy
- Your work directly impacts client success and project outcomes
- You grow through doing, and you never stop learning
- Your role isn’t a stepping stone. It’s a craft in its own right
